Julie King. Owner & President
Julie King has proudly led the Harmon group for more than 20 years, continuing the legacy her parents began when she was growing up around the family business. While Julie once thought she’d never pursue a career in construction, she has built an impressive path as a leader in the industry, including shaping sister company, Harmon Electric, into a Certified Woman-Owned Business; being named one of Arizona’s Most Influential Women by AZ Big Media; and earning recognition as a 2022 Phoenix Titan 100.
Her leadership is grounded in honesty, integrity, and collaboration — values that not only guide her team but also drive impactful results for clients and partners alike.
Outside of work, Julie is a retired fitness instructor and competitor who still thrives on challenging workouts. She enjoys traveling, exploring unique microbreweries and local wineries, and spending time in Arizona’s wine country with family and friends. Whether she’s in the office or out on the trail, Julie brings passion and energy into everything she does.
